Compliance with ethical criteria of authorship
The author is only a person who has been largely involved in the writing of the work, in the development of its concept, in scientific design, collection of material, analysis and interpretation; the consent of all authors to publication is required. Co-authors must meet these criteria.
The editorial board of the Journal considers it its duty to prevent situations when authors, reviewers or other subjects involved in the production of scientific texts carry out unethical behavior, as well as to ensure the removal of unscrupulous publications from the scientific space.
Unethical behavior in the field of scientific publications is recognized:
- the requirement for authors to independently provide reviews of their own articles, as well as contractual and pseudo-censorship;
- the transfer of the texts of articles to other journals without the consent of the authors, considering the publication of an article in a journal that was not agreed with the author, a violation of the interests of the author;
- transfer of the authors' materials to third parties, considering that the transfer of the materials of articles sent to the editorial office to third parties, except for reviewers and editorial staff, is a violation of copyright and the principle of confidentiality of editorial processes;
- citation manipulation, considering that the artificial increase in scientometric indexes, irrelevant links mislead readers;
- plagiarism, falsification and fabrication, considering it unacceptable to have unscrupulous scientific publications on the pages of the journal containing plagiarism, falsification and fabrication of data.
Conflict of interest
Conflict of interest – potential interests, direction of work, or connection with another object that may influence or distort the decision of the author, reviewer, or editor.
When submitting an article to the editorial office, the author(s) must declare a potential conflict of interest or declare its absence.
