The 2026 issue of the Lawyer of Foreign Economic Activity magazine is devoted to such topical issues of customs and technical regulation as trade barriers in the export of pharmaceutical products and medical devices from the Russian Federation; confirmation of product conformity when using certificates and declarations issued in the EAEU countries. The section "Foreign Economic Activity" contains an article by V.N. Ionicheva, PhD in Economics, on the customs consequences of using alternative civil law settlement mechanisms in international trade.
