An international contract today is no longer a formality or a "legal support" for a transaction. This is a tool that directly determines whether the transaction will be executed at all.

 In conditions of sanctions, currency restrictions and unstable logistics chains, it is important for a business not only to conclude a deal, but also to ensure its real enforceability.

But there is a problem: law does not keep up with practice. Error in the contract = blocking payments and financing.

The following issues will be discussed at the event:
